From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the warmest and most accommodating staff—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. The food was nothing short of amazing. Everything we tried was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly delicious. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and take great pride in what they serve. The coffee here is also a standout—rich, aromatic, and expertly made. Perfect for a relaxing moment or a catch-up with friends. And don’t even get me started on the desserts! Each one was a delight—decadent, flavorful, and made with real care. The playground is fantastic and kept the kids entertained for hours. It’s a big plus for families. And the views of the bay? “ We had the pleasure of having our daughters christening last Sunday at By the bay grill and cafe. Not only was the food absolutely delicious but there was so much of it that we were not able to finish it all and had plenty of leftovers. The atmosphere was perfect, we were super lucky to have a beautiful sunny day so were able to take full advantage of the open windows and the lovely breeze that was coming on from the Bay which made us feel like we were outside. A big thanks to Danny and his team who were both friendly and professional, especially Danny who was very flexible with some of our special requests and who went above and beyond to ensure we had a stress free and enjoyable christening.... We even got complementary strawberry and champagne. I most definitely will be hosting other special events here in the future. ”

“ The Bay cafe was very busy on the day we visited. The staff rearranged seating to accomodate us, all with a smile and it was no issue. Unfortunately they made a mistake with my coffee. I like mine in a cup it tastes better my idiosyncrasy, my hubby prefers his in a takeaway cup even though we are eating in. A staff member stated it wouldnt be long for our food all with smile & an apology. Then in a minute the food arrived it was good. The park surrounds are very shady. A great playground within the park and netted swim area. A lovely area to spend time and enjoy a cuppa however you like it. It also has a takeaway service as an option on the playground side. ”

“ We celebrated our mum’s 90th birthday at By the Bay. A small group of 20 adults and one child. We opted for a fixed menu. Food - great. Service - outstanding. Atmosphere - relaxed and comfortable. From the initial event booking through to cutting Mum’s birthday cake, we couldn’t have asked for more. ”
